Book Your Dining Reservations in Advance
You need a Dining Reservation for nearly every table service restaurant at Disney World. Depending on where you want to eat it can be hard to get dining reservations once you arrive. This is why we recommend booking your dining 180 days in advance – as soon as bookings open up to avoid any disappointment. Some popular dining options for families include Cinderella’s Royal Table, Tusker House, Be Our Guest, Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, Garden Grill, Chef Mickey’s & the Sci-Fi Dine In Theatre. You can book your dining reservations on the Disney website, or on the My Disney Experience App. Mr Chocolate’s Travel will be there to assist you through this process.
Book Your Fastpasses in Advance
You mean to tell me I have to book my Fastpasses AND Dining Reservations in advance? Yep that’s Disney World for you. Long gone are the days of paper Fastpasses at Disney World, all Fastpasses are now booked electronically. If you stay on site you can book your Fastpasses up to 60 days before you arrive. You can book 3 Fastpasses in advance for each of your days at the parks for your whole party. Of course Mr Chocolate’s Travel can assist in booking your Fastpasses. Once you use your first 3 Fastpasses you are free to book more on the App. Which brings us to our next tip ….
Download the My Disney Experience App
THE App – This will be the most important tool on your Disney World trip. Make sure to download the My Disney Experience App and link up your tickets before you arrive. Features of the App include the ability to book Fastpasses & Dining Reservations, information about when and where you can meet your favourite Disney characters, wait times for all attractions, maps of the parks, showtimes, the ability to place a mobile order for select quick service restaurants, and it allows you to preview/download your PhotoPass photos. Download the My Disney Experience App from the App Store or Google Play. Mr Chocolate’s Travel will offer support in setting up the App and making sure everything is linked up prior to your trip.
