How is my item shipped?
All items will be shipped by Registered Post
What are official Mr Chocolate’s Travel Business hours?
Business Hours for the Mr Chocolate’s Travel Shop are officially 9am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
When will items be shipped?
Items placed before Midday on a Business Day will be posted same day.  Items placed post midday will be shipped the next Business Day
How can I upgrade to express post?
If you would like to upgrade your order to Express Post please call us on 0439 351 587 for a solution and mutual agreement upon cost.
How do I use my coupon code?
If you are fortunate enough to have a coupon code just follow the instructions at checkout, the code will verify, discount will be applied and appropriate payment requested.
Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Sometimes coupon codes are specific to certain items and date constraints.  If your coupon is not working and you believe it is still current, please email us or call on 0439 351 587
What payment methods does Mr Chocolate’s Travel offer?

Currently we offer VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, POLI and Direct Deposit.  

Will Mr Chocolate’s Travel offer more payment methods?
Yes.  Mr Chocolate’s Travel is currently negotiating to attain BPay and Afterpay options.
How much is delivery?
Currently we offer a flat delivery free of $10 Australia Wide
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times will vary according to your location.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hurstbridge, VIC and will usually take between 1 – 4 Business Days.  We ship via Australia Post with all parcels having tracking numbers and will email your shipping number upon dispatch.
Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not generally offer in person pick up, however, if you are in the area and would like to negotiate personal pick up please contact us or 0439 351 587 and goods can be arranged to be picked up from our office in Hurstbridge.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Whilst we take extreme care in packaging our orders, occasionally items may arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will request a photo of the damaged items, assess and offer an appropriate solution.

If the solution is to return the damaged item to us we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the parcel and lodge at your closest post office.

Once we have received the damaged item back to us we will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on what solution we have negotiated.

How do I track my parcel?
Your parcel can be tracked via the Australia post website at: Simply enter the tracking number provided to you via email.
Who is Mr Chocolate?
Mr Chocolate is a treasured bear that was gifted to Rebecca by her then boyfriend, now husband, Ian.
